I never lived in Texas, but I think it’s the best barbecue there is, all due respect to the NorthCarolina and Kansas City contingents. One of the things I think that, in all seriousness, I sort of said, “Hey, let’s get you on and talk about this,” is, I mean, there’s a lot of different angles we can go.
