Last Thursday, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) voted 3-to-2 to repeal regulations of internet service providers. The Title II section of the Act was written to regulate “common carriers” like utility providers of electricity and telephone landlines. Those regulations fell under a general title: net neutrality.
