I believe this may have been true prior to the internet and modern technology. With all the available information and technology to conduct meetings online, I''m not so sure that you HAVE TO be face-to-face with people to get them to buy anymore. Its a Texas/Soutwest type of chili. In fact, I''m sure of it.
